What is Reiki and how does it work?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique in which a Reiki master uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy earth energy through the client's body to reduce stress, balance chakras, promote healing and bring positive energy towards an event or situation.

Distance Reiki
Distance Reiki Massage works the same as hands on Reiki and can be done from the comfort of your own home. This is a great added benefit for people who cannot get out of the house as easily as others. The practitioner channels the positive earth energy and works through areas of your body and chakras. This is done over a zoom or phone call.
Animal Reiki
Animals can greatly benefit from Reiki Massage. Similar to human reiki, practitioners use their hands to transmit healing energy to animals with the intention of promoting balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. The approach is gentle and non-invasive. Animals have even been know to seek out people who have been attuned to give reiki massage.
Crystal Reiki
Crystal Reiki combines the traditional reiki energy healing with the use of crystals. Crystals have their own unique energies that can enhance the flow of energy during a reiki session. The crystals are chosen and brought out, based on what the client seeks from their session. The energies of crystals can travel distantly the same as reiki energy.
